Makita Powers Race for Pinks in Drag Race High on Speed TV

Check out Speed TV’s new show “Drag Race High” as it is the story of two rival High School auto shops in a drag racer building competition. Each class has a car to rebuild and they have 12 weeks to finish until they take it to the strip. El Camino High School and Ramona High School both out of Southern California will be rebuilding these cars and then racing them at the Fontana Drag Strip. The winner of the competition wins the other’s car and bragging rights for the rest of the year.
Make sure to root for El Camino high school as they will be using Makita Power Tools to build a hopefully faster and more powerful drag racer. Makita donated some of the necessary power tools and accessories to help support these young auto mechanics as they strive for victory. El Camino High will be turning a 1971 Chevelle into an 8 second ¼ mile drag racer with 1200+ horsepower.
Drag Race High’s season premiere already aired but you can view it again tonight on the Speed Channel at 9:30 PM PT (12:30 PM ET). Then at 10:00 PM PT (1:00 AM ET) the second episode of the show will be shown for the first time. There will be a new episode every Wednesday at 10:00PM PT (1:00AM ET).
